Explore Boston!

Boston is one of America’s most famous cities. Whether you are taking in a Stanley Cup Champions Bruins Game or walking the Freedom Trail, Boston is home to scores of culture, food, and fun. We hope you will set aside time before, during, or after conference to explore everything that Boston has to offer. Friday morning of conference prior to 2:30pm, our conference schedule allows for time for delegates to get out and explore the campus of Harvard, discuss summer and college opportunities, and visit some of Boston’s highlights. Many are within walking distance of the Sheraton Boston or are a short trip away on Boston’s subway, the T. Please enjoy the following information and links below to plan your stay.

Attractions within walking distance of the Sheraton Boston

The Sheraton Boston is located in the Back Bay – one of Boston’s most important and chic shopping and commercial districts. The Prudential Center and Copley Place Mall adjacent to the hotel is one of New England’s largest shopping destinations perched beneath Boston’s tallest skyscraper. Just behind the hotel down Belvedere St, visit the reflecting pool of the Christian Science Plaza and the Maparium (a high enclosed globe). Symphony Hall, home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, is just beyond the plaza. Parallel to Boylston Street is the glitzy Newbury Street, home to various cafes and boutiques. Down Newbury St. toward downtown is the picturesque Public Garden and Boston Common, as well as the gold-domed State House.
