Financial Aid

We at HMUN believe that no student should be excluded from participating in HMUN 2012 for financial reasons. We thus offer substantial need-based financial assistance, which we have increased significantly this year in response to the current economic circumstances. In determining financial need, we consider all expenses directly related to the conference, including the cost of transportation, lodging, and registration fees.

The financial aid application can be found here or by logging into MUNbase and clicking “Financial Aid”.  Please print the application, fill it out, and compile all required documents. You can submit your application by mail or, if you have access to a scanner, e-mail to comptroller@harvardmun.org.

The financial aid deadline for HMUN 2012 will be October 7, 2011 (postmarked).
