Financial Aid

We at HMUN believe that no student should be excluded from participating in HMUN 2013 for financial reasons. We thus offer substantial need-based financial assistance, which we have increased significantly this year in response to the current economic circumstances. In determining financial need, we consider all expenses directly related to the conference, including the cost of transportation, lodging, and registration fees.

The financial aid application will be available on this page in the next few weeks. You may also access the financial aid application by logging into MUNbase and clicking “Financial Aid.” For your reference, please click here for last year’s financial aid application. This year’s application is subject to change, but the previous version should give you an idea of the types of questions you will be asked.

Please scan the completed application and all required documents and email them to comptroller@harvardmun.org.  If you do not have access to a scanner, you may also mail the paper application and all required documents to 59 Shepard Street, Box 205, Cambridge, MA 02138.

The deadline for financial aid applications for HMUN 2013 is October 10, 2012. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by this date.
