HOTEL POLICIES

To reserve rooms for HMUN 2014, please fill out the requested information on the entire form (2 pages) and submit via e-mail (credit card payment) or mail (check payment).

Please retain copies of these forms for your records and send them with full payment to the Sheraton Boston Hotel directly so they are received by Friday, December 6, 2013. If paying by check, please note your school’s name on the check. Note that all reservations are made on a first-come-first-serve basis and submission of this form does not guarantee room type. Schools that return their forms and payment to the Sheraton Boston after this deadline will be assigned rooms on a space-available basis. The form will not be processed by the Sheraton Boston unless full payment is received.

Check-in time at the Sheraton Boston Hotel is 3:00pm.  Please plan travel arrangements accordingly.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We recommend that delegates and faculty advisors stay at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Details about accommodations, transportation, and the Boston area will be included in future emails.  Hotel rates per night (subject to change, not including the 14.45% hotel tax) for HMUN 2014 are as follows:

Singles: $205
Doubles: $205
Triples: $205
Quads: $228

In the event that the Sheraton becomes fully booked for conference weekend, overflow room rates will be arranged at another hotel nearby the Sheraton.  When making reservations with the Sheraton, please note indicate that you are participating in Harvard Model United Nations in order to secure the above room rates.

The Sheraton Boston has recently undergone significant renovations and in turn, the Sheraton promises to provide a fantastic space for both delegate accommodations as well as new and improved convention space for our committees. Nearby hotels with whom we have negotiated discounted rates for HMUN delegates are just a short walk away from our main convention space in the Sheraton.
