Waivers and Visas

Liability Waiver

Liability waivers for HMUN 2024 can be found here.

Instructions for Submission:

1. Faculty Advisors should download the form and provide it to each delegate.

2. Each delegate and his or her parents or guardians are required to sign and date the forms and return them to faculty advisors.

3. Faculty Advisors should collect and upload forms to MUNBase (if you encounter difficulties, email to info@harvardmun.org)

Delegates will NOT be allowed to participate at conference without a signed and submitted liability waiver. Waivers are due November 15th, 2023. Any waivers submitted past the deadline will incur a $50 USD fee per person.

Visas

Visas for HMUN 2024 can be requested using the Google form (linked below). Please follow all instructions thoroughly so that the information on the letters is correct.
