Topic Summary

Delegates will participate in the UNSC’s meeting of 2100 and address the use of space by nations, a topic even more relevant in that future day due a global boom in space technology and development. Militarization, the rights of nations to claim regions of space as sovereign territory, and methods of redress for violations of other nation’s infrastructure will be primary concerns. Blending current policy and technology with an imagined image of the future, the FSC will respond to a variety of evolving challenges and enforce rulings for fair behavior in the next frontier.
