National Student Leadership Conference

The National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC) hosts career-focused leadership development conferences each summer for outstanding high school students from all over the world. We provide opportunities to test drive a future career, develop critical leadership skills, hear from distinguished professionals, and experience life on a college campus in the United States and England, preparing students for their next steps in life while making new friends from across the globe.

Futures Forge

Futures Forge is an intensive professional accelerator that transforms high-potential students into high-performance leaders. 

We bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world execution by equipping students with the cognitive, psychological, and interpersonal skills—like critical thinking and adaptability—required to dominate in any career. 

Unlike traditional classrooms, our pedagogy centers on hands-on challenges and continuous feedback to mimic the environment of a real workplace with high performance standards.
